This system allows any library staff member to submit requests to the Library Digital Services team and to check on the status of any existing requests they have previously submitted. If this is your first time use the INFORM system, click HERE for a brief tutorial.
Submitted requests, referred to as "Tickets", are logged in the system and LDS staff are notified immediately. Use of this request management submission form will expedite handling of requests and maximize time spent on the actual problem.
